Scholar Update – Whitney Sallee

SOMERSET, KY – Whitney Sallee, a former Rogers’ Scholar from The Center For Rural Development, recently made her way to the nation’s capitol. Sallee, a junior at Taylor County High School attended the Presidential Inaugural Program in Washington, D.C. The program gave Sallee the opportunity to attend the presidential inauguration. She was also involved in a post election analysis and mock presidential elections.
Sallee, the daughter of Doug Sallee and Ginger Simpson, is a member of the Rogers’ Scholars Class of 2004.
